Order Fulfillment

1. Made-to-Order Items: Please note that all our garments are made to order. This means that once your order is placed, we begin the production process specifically for you. This approach helps us minimize waste and ensure the highest quality.

2. Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround time for producing and dispatching your order is 10-14 working days from the date of purchase. "Working days" excludes weekends and public holidays. This timeframe allows us to meticulously create your item before it's shipped.

3. Supplier Delays: While we strive to meet our stated turnaround times, unforeseen delays can occur if there is a major issue with our suppliers (e.g., material shortages, unexpected equipment failure). In such rare instances, we will notify you immediately of the delay and provide an updated estimated dispatch date. We appreciate your understanding and patience should such circumstances arise.
